Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

CANADIAN SHIPPING NOTES:

All Canadian shipments are HST/GST included. Canadian shipping has three options: 

• Canada Post Untracked Letter mail 
• Chit Chats Courier Tracked 
• Canada Post XpressPost 

Shipments typically take 2-8 business days. 

*If you live in the Greater Toronto Area, we can arrange a local pick-up on PAID orders, send me a message to discuss. I'm located in the east end of the GTA, near the Zoo.**

US SHIPPING NOTES:

Your order will ship by USPS Ground Advantage Mail via Chit Chats courier. Packages take 3-8 business days to arrive on average. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING NOTES:

I ship with tracking by Canada Post International Tracked. I currently ship to UK, Australia, and New Zealand. If you don't see your country listed, please contact me for pricing. International shipping can take 2-4 weeks depending on your location. Contact me for updated estimates. *Any duties are the responsibility of the buyer*
