Our Warranty
Any jewelry purchased through Papillion Era includes a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.. This warranty specifically covers manufacturing faults and defects but excludes accidental breakage, as well as general wear and tear such as scratches, tarnishing, or fading.
It's important to note that if any work, including resizing or repairs, is performed on our pieces by another jeweler, the warranty becomes void.
Handle jewelry delicately, using a soft cloth, and avoid exposure to strong chemicals, pool chlorine, cleaning products, creams, and perfumes. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions regarding care or need more specific material details.
In the event that your jewelry is faulty, contact us at nat@papillionera.com, providing proof of purchase (online order number suffices) and a description with photos of the damaged jewelry. In most cases, we'll request you to return the item for assessment by our customer service team. Upon confirmation of the jewelry's fault, a replacement or store credit will be issued.
If you purchased jewelry from a stockist, please return to them with proof of purchase and the faulty item for resolution.
