Shipping & Production

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. We ship to Canada, the US, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand.
Q: How long will it take to make my order?
A: Because our jewelry is made-to-order, our standard production timeline is 2–3 business days before shipping.
Note: Production timelines for custom items and wholesale orders will vary.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your item is packaged and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email contains your tracking link so you can follow its journey.

Orders, Changes & Cancellations

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Yes, but you must contact us at nat@papillionera.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Because items are made-to-order, we cannot stop production or make modifications after this 2-hour window. 

Sizing & Fit

Q: What sizes are your rings?
A: Our rings are available as either a fixed size 6 or in an adjustable size style. Please check the individual product description carefully before purchasing to ensure it fits your needs.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Q: What is your return and exchange policy?
A: You can request an exchange or return within 30 days of receiving your item. 
  • For general returns/exchanges: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • When refunds are issued: Refunds are processed after the item is safely returned to us. 
Q: What happens if my item arrives damaged?
A: If your item arrives damaged, we will reimburse your return shipping costs and repair the item for you. Please contact us immediately at nat@papillionera.com upon delivery so we can assist you.

Repairs

Q: Do you offer jewelry repairs?
A: Yes. We cover the cost and shipping for repairs if an item arrives damaged. For any other aftermarket repairs (wear and tear over time), please contact us at nat@papillionera.com so we can evaluate the piece and determine what is needed.
