The adjustable part is super secret and not noticeable at all! In order to resize the ring, simply slide apart the two pieces on the back or underside of the ring or push them together. The smallest I can manage the ring to go is down to a size 6 US.

The acrylic cameo measures 8 x 6 mm (5/16" x 1/4"). The ring band is 3mm wide after it tapers away from the center and wider shoulders. The ring rises about 5mm off the finger.
